My dad's an alcoholic and life at home was pretty crazy sometimes. Uh, I'm looking forward to hearing this, uh, this new album. I, I think emotional strength is very much a part of, uh, of grit. That, that is serious trauma. And, uh, your song probably came on more times, uh, and I was joking with one of my old recon buddies, is we, we had a little, uh, you know, radio receiver with a little speaker and, uh, he's like, Dude, I remember that song coming on, uh, way too often. Mike Sarraille: Its just some stupid quirk in my writing and I have been reprimanded for it many times, but fuck you, Im writing it how I want to write it! And um, you know, and I had, I had a, I had a therapist I was smoking pot with and, and like going over to his house and I'm just like, well, what is the end game here? So what I had to do, what I had to do to get over that anxiety and that fear was, it was the first time we went out on tour and we were staying in these crap motels. You know, Samma Hagar said something very similar to, to, to us in his interview. Wow. [24] On December 22, 2016, he and Gallo had their first child, a daughter, Liliana. We just finished the manuscript called The Everyday Warrior, A No Hack, Practical Approach to Life. Try to keep your word. And we had, wherever there was a swimming pool, I would, I would throw myself into the deep end of the pool, but I would always have my hand against the wall. Or if not, misery loves company and they just wanna keep you down with themselves. And, and, and there are, there are new forms of, of therapy, you know, um, you know, cognitive behavioral therapy and things like that, that are very proactive and try to in, you know, integrate you in, you know, back into life. Like, I've never met someone who's got so much joy. I i I left my job every night with a, with a pretty girl and a pocket full of cash. Um Right. It's be, I mean, you know what?
