Upon arrival in Lincoln, the experience was exactly what was needed. Erwin didnt cut any corners in my training and it is obvious to me that he takes great pride in instructing his students. I certainly lucked out with Andy he is a class act and I will undoubtedly be visiting him again for my instrument and commercial ratings. I want to commend John on his superior training capabilities. He empathised with my situation, and then set to work trying out different scheduling permutations to see what would work given the various constraints and short timeframe that I had before having to return to my career. But I was in a few gun fights that were never as intense as flying. The consecutive days of flying tremendously boosted my confidence and I truly felt like my skills increased exponentially. Compared to a regular flight training regimen, AFITs full time training helped me to grasp concepts more quickly and effectively as I could practice for long periods without pauses in between.. Highly recommend the program and highly recommend Sean as a CFI. While I am starting IFR training, i am finding it a bit slow and frustrating to make progressso who knows, I may be back for more!
